Harlow suffered another lose and are now in a real relegation battle. Having won the toss they elected to put Buckhurst Hill into bat. Harlow could not break the opening partnership of Buckhurst Hill who put on 146 before the first wicket fell. After that wickets went at at steady pace without any other batsman scoring much. The opener Hendro Puchert finally going for 106 off the bowling of Mustanser Meraj, who took a 2nd wicket later to finish with figures of 45-2. Zabi Hakimi also took two to finish on 45-2 also. With just over 5 an over required Harlow lost a wicket for just 36 runs Alan Jones going for 20. Wickets then fell at regular intervals with Harlow collapsing to 64-8. Only a late flourish from number 10 Muhammad Naeem who top scored with 44 made the score slightly respectable. Next up for Harlow who sit 2nd bottom is Gidea Park and Romford who are 3rd bottom some 15 points ahead of Harlow. It is a must win game if they are to avoid relegation after a good start to the season.
