Sunday saw the first club put out a new Under 21 age group side against a similar outfit from Sawbridgeworth CC. A mixed age group side with a variety of experience on both sides, with each fielding one over age player (in our case 3's skipper Rizwan), met in a 35 overs a side contest at Marigolds.

Batting first Harlow made an impressive 226 with Ben Yeats making 117 not out supported by contributions of around 20/30 from Max Baulcomb and Rizwan.

Sawbo never really looked likely to get near to that target, especially when First XI batsman Matt Billings was bowled by Myles Baldock. Star of the show was Matt Fisk who took an impressive 5 wicket haul with Myles and Matt Hart a brace apiece and a wicket for Reece Galvin as the visitors closed on around 140.
