Terrible Final Day as 1st & 2nd XI Miss Out

The rather glaring Achilles Heal of the First XI was on full view again at Westcliff as they collapsed like an England Test side making a meagre 73 chasing 197 for promotion.

Second XI also missed out on promotion drawing with bottom side Orsett and Thurrock.

Third and Fourth XIs also well beaten on the worst round of results for the season came on the most important day.
