Thanks to the hard work of both Jon Allen and Andy Yeats we are now in a position to open the nets on Marigolds through a booking system ONLY. The two attachments explain the procedure and opening times. We are initially opening on a fairly restrictive timetable, mainly because we are required to have a DBS checked nominated responsible person on site at all times when the nets are open, which requires volunteers giving up their time. The responsible person will be in charge, and is there to oversee the safety of all concerned. We will review the system after day one, and weekly thereafter.

I wish to make it abundantly clear anyone not adhering to the rules set out in the attachments, or netting outside of the booking system will be asked to leave the ground immediately.
