Harlow CC Seek 1st XI Player/Coach

Harlow CC are seeking to employ a First XI team player/coach for the 2021 season.

Coaching would involve Tuesday nights (Colts up to U16) and Wednesday evenings (Seniors).

Coaching qualifications and DBS are required, preferably at Level 3 but an experienced Level 2 would be considered. Coaching demands are 2 hours per evening so 4 per week in total.

Playing requirements are First XI Senior League standard or higher with a proven track record.

A performance related pay structure could be agreed for playing whilst coaching would be at an hourly rate to be negotiated.
