Payments for Clubhouse drinks and refreshments and clubhouse hire can be made in cash or with Debit/Credit Cards (AMEX not accept or Business cards)

The Clubhouse will not allow any form of credit.

The Consumption of drinks not purchased from the Clubhouse will not be allowed unless by prior written arrangements with HCC Committee Clubhouse Manager.

Clubhouse Bookings Policy:

Clubhouse booking enquiries can be made via Lauren who can be contacted on 07988 396398.

A booking is only confirmed, when a booking form is completed, signed and returned with the agreed deposit paid.

We have many enquiries for dates and prices, which cannot be followed up individually. It is down to the interested party to complete the booking procedure should they wish to confirm their booking.
