Wins for 2nd XI defeats for rest

Old Southedian & Southchurch CC 1st XI 186-8 beat Harlow CC 1st XI 185 a.o

Harlow relegation fears were not eased after this defeat to Old South, partly due to the amount of extras costing them dearly that they conceded. After winning the toss Harlow elected to bat. They soon lost Mitchell Howarde for just 2 off the bowling of former player Andrew McGarry, who also took fellow opener Luke Monger for 20, case off déjà vu as McGarry caused problems in the reverse fixture. Old Souths kept the bowling tight and finally bowled out Harlow for 185 in 45.2 overs.
