On behalf of Surath Bastola

I am writing to inform about a charity event that my family and I have organised on the 23rd of September 2017 here in Harlow. It's basically a Nepalese cultural show involving dances, songs and a musical play. I will be hosting the show and performing as well. So I am ready to really embarrass myself in front of a crowd. But, on a serious note, all the money raised from the event will be split in two parts. One part will go to Child Cancer Research UK and the other will go to my late grandmother's foundation in Nepal (Bhuvaneshwori Satyal Foundation) that looks after underprivileged and orphan kids. The event starts at 1730 in Fatima Church Hall. Food ( three course South-Asian meal)  and beverages ( both alcoholic and non alcoholic) will provided. The ticket is £20 per adults all inclusive. The show will mainly try to depict and celebrate Nepalese culture and art but I will be explaining things whenever required, and hosting the show in English.

I would like to humbly request anyone who would like to attend the show to contact me if they want any tickets. Also , people may pay at the door as long as I am made aware that they would be attending it. It’s an open invitation to everybody at the club. I feel I should at least make people at the club aware of this event.
My number is 07763716841 so that people may contact me directly in case they wish to attend or find out more about the event.

Thank you very much for your support!

Sincerely

Surath Bastola
